Я думаю для всех, в России же ввели закон что нужно отчитываться по электронным кошелькам и паксум там присутствует в списке. Скорее всего всем придется инн указывать неважно бизнес ты или индивидуал, наверно. Я задала вопрос русскому саппорту по этому поводу теперь жду ответа.
